Signed by the artist, Linda McDonald, Claudine is featured as an older woman carrying a satchel of bread. $109.99. Production of this figure was limited to 1000 pieces. She is signed, dated 1993 and numbered 346/1000.

Claudine's Collector Card reads: "Claudine lived in a small village in 18th century France. Like her ancestors and those who would come after her, she loved to prepare food for her family and friends. There was something very spiritual and companionable when one sat at her table and experienced the smell, taste, and nourishment of one of Claudine's meals."

During the early years of the Companions Nativity Collection, Linda McDonald personally initialed the figures on the base. As with most art forms, collectors find these pieces to have greater value.

Several of the pieces are long retired figures no longer available in any manner, and many figures feature older cloth patterns.
