Aromatic African sandalwood is used to carve this unique nativity from Mozambique. The beautiful grain of the wood shines through and the infant Jesus is carved from a small piece of bone, making each nativity scene truly original. This one piece Nativity Holy Family is hand-carved from a single piece of wood.

Fair trade nativity is imported from Mozambique, Africa and handmade by Mozambican artists.  Measures 3.75 inches tall.

    My sandalwood object was not as smoothly sanded as the one in the photo. It's a bit rough.
