House measures 11.25 inches tall and 9 inches wide. Typical drawer internal measurements are 1" wide (side to side) x 3/4" long (front to back) x 1.5" deep (top to bottom).

Small drawers
My husband gave me this as a gift, and while it is cute, many of the drawers are small. My two youngest grandchildren stay with me while their parents work. I got Dove chocolates to put in the drawers for them. Some of the drawers are too small for even one piece, certainly not two. The drawers don’t slide very easily, and while there is a peg to keep them in, some of the drawers hang and don’t sit snug.
