Hand-carved and hand-painted in Russia from aged Linden wood, this magnificent Nativity Angel features the amazing detail that is the custom of the Signature Masterpiece Series. Extraordinarily detailed feathered wings and a beautiful scene of the Nativity are featured on this piece, a must for angel collectors, Nativity collectors and Russian Folk Art collectors. Figure measures 14" high x 8" wide x 6" deep.

About the G DeBrekht Signature Masterpiece Collection: Each sculpture in the Masterpiece Collection is first hand carved by a master Russian carver from aged linden wood. The seasoning process of the wood will cull the premium quality portions of the wood for carving, this process ensures that the Masterpiece sculptures are of heirloom quality. Once carved, the sculpture is then delivered to the artists for embellishment. As many as five Russian artists will contribute their artistic ability in order to complete a single piece. Each piece is meticulously hand painted. The artist applies layer upon layer of color until the desired depth of color has been achieved. Each sculpture in this collection is limited to either the year of production or by number. Each piece is signed, numbered and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
