Description
This memorable wooden Advent calendar house is so special it was featured in the 2018 Netflix movie The Holiday Calendar. Designed by Byers Choice, it features a traditional Christmas house filled with charming architectural details and 24 numbered doors.
Behind each door is space for a small surprise, such as wrapped chocolates or another little gift. Fill it differently each year as children and adults count down the days to Christmas. Its substantial size and classic wooden design make it a wonderful family tradition that can be brought out year after year.
The wooden Advent calendar house measures 16.25 inches wide by 21.5 inches high by 3.75 inches deep. The space inside the doors is approximately 2.5 inches deep. Treats and gifts are not included.

Beautiful
The first one sent arrived damaged, but customer service immediately sent out a new one after I provided pictures. The replacement arrived in pristine condition! I quickly filled it (one gift is a painted matchbox nativity from Peru also purchased at YonderStar)! The quality and workmanship are worth every penny and will be a treasured tradition for years to come.

We love this advent calendar!
I have fond memories of advent calendars as a kid, but the throwaway ones. We're about to have our first kid, and we wanted to continue this tradition with a real advent calendar like those we saw in Germany. This one is beautiful and very affordable! I love that the numbers are random so the kids will have to do a little searching for the right spot. And the compartments to put things in are bigger than I expected, so I'm excited for the versatility of what gifts/treats we can put in there. Thank you so much for helping us continue our family tradition! I will say, it's overall a little bigger than I expected; check the dimensions.

Absolutely gorgeous!
This is a beautifully made large advent calendar that makes a lovely tradition for families. Some doors are larger while some are smaller allowing you to put different size candies or gifts inside which is perfect! Highly recommend!
