Joyful nativity scene made in Kenya from banana fiber, cloth and wire. We particularly like the trumpeting angel in this set.
Banana palm leaves are woven and dried to create the storage box, and to give interesting detail to this nativity set. Corn husks are also used along with fabric, wood and metal.
The nativity figures measure between 4.5 and 5 inches tall, and the storage box measures 6.5 inches long x 3.5 inches wide x 2.5 inches tall.

Kenyan Nativity Set
I really love this nativity set. It is beautiful, well-made, and reminds me of the Maasai tribe in Kenya.. Because I love Christmas so much, I keep this Kenyan set on my dresser year-round. I love Yonder Star because they offer such a unique selection of nativity sets.
