Handcrafted from ceramic in Ilobasco, El Salvador and Fair Trade imported. For centuries, nativity artisans in Ilobasco have worked with local clays and resinous plant extracts to craft delightful miniatures. Their most famous pieces are known as sorpresas or surprises where you lift a figure to reveal the scene beneath.
Measuring approximately 2 inches wide and 2½ inches tall, this little nativity is perfect for collectors of miniature nativity scenes.
